Birdhive D&D specializes in websites built on open-source technology, but the development of new custom-built websites and web applications is just one of the services offered. For instance, if you have an existing site that you'd like to improve, adapt or expand, or if you'd like some guidance in building your own website, we can help you make it happen.

The majority of the sites we build are programmed in XHTML with CSS, PHP and Javascript, drawing their content from mySQL databases. Our custom-made Content Management Systems allow clients to maintain and update site content themselves without any special technical knowledge. Of course, we're happy to take on the upkeep for you if you prefer.

Wordpress custom themes are another option if you want to develop a distinctive blog, or if you're on a limited budget and would like a relatively simple website.
